Well, it often goes by the release schedule.  There will be a release soon, therefore, it probably won't be a weak month.

If another drive is done, it won't be done before all the animals from the current drive are implemented. It is very unlikely that this will happen by the end of February.

Because, when one thinks of goblins riding giant bird-like creatures one naturally assumes they use Giant Rainbow Lories. After all, they go together like peanut butter and jelly.

Wait a minute... Those Giant Rainbow Lorikeets seem to be missing wings. No wonder they were assumed to be colorful flightless Chocobos or Beak Dogs!

Just kidding. That drawing does portray what would be a fantastic sight to behold.
And I guess it makes sense because the Lorikeet was one of the sponsored animals.
