The elves should totally get Vash the Humanoid Typhoon, and Sephiroth.
Dwarves need Barrett from FFVII, basically all of Shinra Corp from the same, and Hellboy.

Why do the elves get sephiroth? He's a guy with a flair for the dramatic, a huge sword, and you can't deny that the one winged angel was needlessly complicated. He's the very definition of dwarfy! Elves can have squall.

Sephiroth's sword is quite large, and he is diabolical, but he's way too pretty to be a dwarf. Although I guess 'I WILL SUCK THE LIFEBLOOD FROM THE PLANET TO SUMMON A DEATH MACHINE' is pretty dwarf-y, so... Ok, I'll give it to you.

I propose that the goblins of WoW are dwarfy. Explosions, absurd devices, corrupt nobles, more explosions...

Sephiroth is Cacame's cousin, and is just jealous because he could never be as bada**. He tries to compensate, but ultimately can't live up to Cacame's name.

I nominate every single character in every Final Fantasy game after VII. And Sephiroth. They're all too girly and androgynous to be Dwarves.

As a general rule, final fantasy characters don't do gender very well...

As is almost every Final Fantasy character.

How has no-one mentioned the Avatar aliens (Na'vi I think?) yet for the elves. The humans in that would obviously be dwarves.

The number of bad guys on the dwarf list is making us look bad. We need some cannibals and the like for elves to balance it out a bit.
