You're probably better off not trying to read the archive at this time. Imageshack dropped like a thousand images so the archive might be less than helpful. Don't feel like you have to know what's going on.

Eulogy
Hello, and welcome to Space Voyage. Since you're looking at the original post, you're probably looking to
read the whole thing from the beginning. Before you decide to undertake such an epic quest I must inform
you of a few things. First and foremost, Space Voyage is very, very long. Space voyage is the largest illustrated
forum adventure on Bay 12 by a considerable margin that continues to grow. I mean, Oric the awesome might be longer by this point,
(I disappeared into the Stygian void sometime before it started and never got around to reading it), but Space Voyage was more "cinematic"
camera angle changes everywhere, redrawing scenes even when I didn't have to, stuff like that. There wasn't any picture of a face and a paragraph after here,
if eleven seconds was going to pass ingame you could be sure I would spend an hour frantically scribbling the things that happen in it to no effect
It was really inconvenient and resulted in a lot of lofty ideas with less than ideal execution, but it had it's fans. I like to think they saw it for what it could have been rather than what it was, that or they were bored, realistically; a bit of the two.
Secondmost, most of the images, almost 1000 of them, were uploaded to imageshack circa 2011, which as of writing was between three and four years ago. The
image links are dead, and the archive is almost completely devoid of content whatsoever. The images uploaded to img.ie and imgur stand alone like islands amongst the sea of dead links. The undertaking would be great and I am unlikely to devote the hours to repairing it. The continuity of Space Voyage is a mystery half remembered by elder forumites and spoken is whispers by sages. I like to rely on some internet nostaligia where folks remember it as being better than it was now that the evidence to the contrary is lost to time.
I spent much of 2012 wishing I was better or more knowledgeable and capable of making something grand and original to justify my work past, but I suppose the real
saving grace to the project was that original frantic effort that kept it going for 400 days. If you can still fins enough in these pages to capture your imagination then I might show up from time to time to put those choices into illustration. I have nothing but forndness for this forum and I thank you all for the time you've put into this adventure with me.

There's a Tvtropes page that's sorely if you're into that kind of thing and avery dead site that has maybe 100 images added because the CMS was bad for the kind of thing.
There have been sporadic summaries of previous segments
Halfway through the first chapter.
At the end of the first chapter.
Thanks for giving me such a consistent way to waste my time.
Keep on Suggesting.
Rexfelum made some kind of list of the segments the story has been broken into.

I haven't been getting enough drawing in my daily schedule, so I decided to start one of those MS paint adventure things to guilt trip me into drawing more.
I have copious amounts of free time so this is sure to go quickly.
Post actions in BOLD, so I know you're being assertive.

Start

It is a new Mandated-Conciousness-Period on the powerful space station Zerblex-14.
You stand in your oversized pre mandated dormitorium.

You've as of last MCP finally logged 20,000 space-hours in your ZX-14 spaceflight
simulator, enabling you to apply for sponsorship and leave the humdrum of
Post-Scarcity civilian life behind you.

But First,

What is your name?

That's right! Your name is Sectoid TQ 01. You sure envy your ancestors who lived
back when names could have meanings instead of being random sequences of symbols.

Now What?

Sorry, remembering your own name makes you a little teary some times
You were randomly assigned such a lovely name.

Your Medium Scout, a relic from your childhood that inspired you
to learn to fly in the first place

maybe one last fly for old times sake.

That was sure dumb, look at your lovely china now. The set is ruined.
I mean, you could always replace the plate for free, but it just doesn't
seem right to just use one of the several billion identical copies that
didn't come with your set of china.

Get some of those Weapon of Mass Destruction that are of course easily avaible in the post-scarcity society. Then go apply for sponsorship.

That's right, TQ 02, that guy is like a brother to you. Actually, everyone is
because there is very little variation between modern Gabronians

He lives in the dormitorium adjacent to yours, this should be a quick trip.

That's going to make it difficult to leave your dormitorium.
and by proxy, visit TQ 02.

Use psychic abilities to open the door or, failing that, use the control panel near your bed
