Serpentine fried up in olivine oil and limonite juice?  Sounds gneiss.

I keep imagining a drink made out of sun berries and gneiss.

You could have berries on the rocks and the dwarves would say it was "berry gneiss."

but it probably has a pudding texture because of the aquifer which is why they called PUDDIng stone

Lay off the pipe.

It's called "puddingstone" because it's full of rock lumps suspended in a matrix of finer material. Has nothing to do with aquifers.

That's a good point. It's "puddingstone" in the sense of the source, but if you want to consider the composition of the amulet itself, it's more like whatever you'd classify that particular chunk as.
