I have been trying to engineer the right combination of duplicate RAWs to play as an adventure mode forgotten beast. Whenever I do, however, the world is filled with other creatures that are just labeled "creature" and the game crashes on startup. Hmm.

Mostholywinsauce duplication EVA!

Wow...

My neighbours are rocs, seaserpents and such, and I'm playing as merpeeps!

I think it's the way towns develop now. In the beginning, people move into a town. Then they start producing tables, which results in more and more tables. Soon tables represent a significant portion of the population, they start lobbying for new laws and regulations, putting people to greater and greater disadvantage...

Won't they drown on embark?

As it turns out, the pen was in fact a poor choice for melee combat in comparison to the sword.
So I just started playing this game and I accidentally nuked the moon.

... guess that's a no.

And for the record, I'd pick the first one.  Sure the sex is great with the other one but theres no conversation.  "Fwapfwap" would get on my nerves eventually ;)

This is Dwarf Fortress, for beards' sake. You're worried about children?

It's actually turning into different metals, stones and ores. I once had one turn into slade and then into adamantine on adventure mode.

Given that one of the best sites for Oblivion mods runs in a constant 'Won't someone think of the children!' trope mode, I guess it's not inconceivable...

What is it called? Can it be smelted? We must test this for !!Science!!

Fakeedit: So, what can you do with it? If you make a hammer out of it, can you finally have a slade hammer?

Caravans arrived in my human fort.
Sounds normal, right?
Those caravans were goblins.

Also, a FB spawned, without any warning at all.
It was a hairy mite that was killed by a stab to the head.
Pretty cool actually.
