Dude, you don't want to be messing around with imperial assloads.  The conversion rate to horseloads is atrocious.
B12 is the only community to still use imperial assloads anyway. The rest of the civilized internet is using metric, because they actually know what they're doing.

B12 is the single most civilized place I have ever been, including the local university.

Oh look, Vector's in.

This will be legendary.

Agreed.
Sadly I got no spot.

Looks like I have to be watching closely.

Of course we're civilized.

Grunt grunt *point*

If you'd like to register as a potential replacement, you can still send stuff in

Hmmm... if they are replacing in they'd inherit the role and alignment of the person they're replacing, yes? If I chose "Santa Claus" and then asked for a replacement, the person stepping into my shoes would become "Santa Claus", not "Rudolph" or whatever they sent in, yes?

Either replacements will work wildly different this game, or people should register as replacements but not send stuff in... please clarify.

It's not a BYOR, it's a chaos-generator.  So their role will remain the same, but the overall game will be altered by their contribution.

Wait, our choices can affect game mechanics too?

Uh... oops.
