No, it doesn't have genitals. Dwarves do. That's pretty much the only problem.

Because you can't see shit in the dark with a torch in FRONT of you.
Yeah but the arm does seem weird. Try holding your left arm behind you, with it bent from the elbow so the lower part would be bent even more backwards. Impossible!
