More specifically, something that'd erase the latest pencil stroke you made. I know you can scan/print the picture between strokes, but that's kind of paper-inefficient. What we need is an automatic paper recycler, that outputs clean A4 sheets out of any paperlike stuff you feed it.

In addition to this being my entry, it's also my first hand drawn picture with color. Should I countinue using color, or just stick to lines like my last one?

I really like your picture and I think the colour adds to it (the blood for instance). Sometimes lines can work on their own however, so it depends, I guess. My money's on the axedwarf...
