Vote for Asgar - the simplicity of the pencil-sketch belies a lot of subtle detail.  Also, pretty hilarious.

Needless to say, the others are totally awesome as well, but that one stood out to me - partly because its a new style in the thread.

Round scales set far apart, poison gas, square shell, three eyes...  all it's missing is the tiniest speck of talent!
