...too bad you didn't include water, even if you're not that skilled at it. Skills ain't gonna refine themselves! 

Also, I'd add the poor owner of that pick, split into halves, laying in a pool of his own blood, but that just me... 

Ack! You're right. I won't get better at drawing water by avoiding it.

And the pick was there to represent a sense of scale and maybe suggest the dwarf that happened upon Nuglush wasn't willing to stick around to see if it was friendly.

Ok this is how it works.
The winner of the last round posts a description of a beast, savy?
Then for one "week" all the participants draws that  particular fb.
The previous winner now picks a new winner...and repeat.
dat simple.

Right now that would be Darker's Nuglush.

Lobsters are difficult to draw, guys. But you don't even have to try to change them much to make them look weird. I did a pen drawing on a pad, some of the lines from the back of the page have come through but it's messy anyway. I even attempted a cavern with mushrooms because the rest of you aren't lazy.

The disembodied dwarf head has a long moustache because I stuffed it up and couldn't fix it with the pen.

I think it's pretty cool actually. I like the almost-symmetrical head-on perspective and the wiry little fungi on the right. Also the eyelessness.
