In Danish, it's a slang for a specific man part.
So that you posted could be very naughty out of context.

Don't really know.. I am kind of unfamiliar with some danish words.
Altough I have just checked some danish dictionary and apearantly it seem to be used to describe unserious action.
I am not sure why she would find it hilarious tough.. 
Perhaps it has another meaning when she was young?

Alas, don't take my word for it.. While I am proficient in Danish, I am primary Swedish.
(Altough living in Greenland for many years have deprived me of these newfangled words of todays youth.)
