How do I clean THAT contaminant?

Upon inspecting my dwarves, I discovered they have a 'water covering' item on every body part. How do I clean that off? A dwarven bath wouldn't work, I assume.

Water covering really beats blood smears. The water covering just evaporates. its the cleaning principle behind a dwarf washeteria
