I don't think all these should be included. I've played a lot more free games than are listed on this list, but a lot of them just aren't that good.
From that list on Reddit though, I can say that 1916 - Der Unbekannte Krieg was pretty memorable though, even if it lasted all of 10 really scary but occasionally funny minutes. :)

I have not found it yet, but does desura even have a way to just list games by price? It seems to only be usable by front page or game name if you know it.

Are you talking about 1916? I just found it from the website, via ModDB. No Desura involved.
I tried Desura once, but downloads move at a snail's pace for every game, at which point I uninstalled it due to extreme frustration with the download speed.

I was asking about Desura's free games in general. The Desura interface is terrible.
