This is pretty trivial, but it seems the sort order for the saved games on the load screen is a little weird.  I've got three games, stored in slots 1, 2, and 10 (the last obviously being a product of the -gen flag).  When I go to load, the games are listed in the order of 1, 10, 2.  It looks like it may be sorting alphabetically based on slot id instead of numerically.

That's more a fault of how windows presorts the file system I believe.  It can be fixed easily by simply making the save games 01, 02,03, etc

Yeah, it's just sorting on the filename.  You can't change names in the current version, but in the next one you can change them to whatever you want.
