Stupid Miners sitting there starving.

I accidentally trapped my miners. But they're not hunting vermin or anything. Yet they keep spamming the "eat" job. Is there any way to get them to shut up and dig themselves out of the mess?

EDIT: Never mind. I had to mod in magma to wake them up.
