Stopping Skill and Attribute Decay

Looking at the wiki and Lord Snows thread from last year about removing attribute decay and skill loss and I'm kind of confused. do I simply drop in the raws from the wiki into my "creatures_standard.txt" file or is there something I need to replace?

Just drop them in. Dwarves in vanilla use the default attribute and skill rates, meaning that they need no tags as there ARE default attribute and skill rates. Altering their skill and attribute rates is thus as simple as telling the game, "Hey, use these numbers instead of the default."

With just those you won't get attribute loss, but you will still get skill loss. Also, your dwarves' attributes will increase at 10x the normal rate. To stop skill loss, you'll need [SKILL_RATES:100:NONE:NONE:NONE] in addition to those lines. To turn down attribute gain rates, increase those 50s; default is 500.

Just in case: The lines go under CREATURE:DWARF, not at the top of the file.

Since regen is only required for adding new entities usually, not changing existing ones, I do not believe this requires world regen.
