kinda like the sentance "ooh! a wrist!" except lest excited and without the 'a'. So, ooh-wrist, I guess.

Ooh-wrist, of course. I find the need to emphasize a silent "w", just incase it's not completely silent in some accents or dialects. :P

sack-zuhl for me. at this point I think we should either get back on topic, or OP should rename this to dwarven pronunciation thread or somesuch.

I pronounce it add-a-man-tine, last bit being the same as the tines of a fork.

Urist, to me, was always pronounced with a short, sharp vowel sound (Ooh, but shorter) and a rollng R sound. It just seemed more appropriate.

Yeah I checked that up in Google Translate after I posted it. I reckon it's supposed to be sock-zool. Why else use an Å?
