It's April today! The wrap-up post is forthcoming, as is the thread for this month. :D

Be more forthcoming, wrap-up post!

Wrap-up post is all the forthcoming! Sorry, I had unexpected social activity the last few days.

The Grand Entrants

We had three this month! And they were all awesome.

Best Accidents Award

GTM's Mad Mage features a wizard who slowly forgets his spells. As a result, you end up with quite a few Scrolls of BHDKRKJ, so when you get backed into a corner and can't find any still-identified attack spells... Needless to say, you should give it a download.

Coolest Movement Mechanic Award

Levi's Cursed Painting wins this handily. In his entry, the player moves around in the walls rather than the floor, which is incredibly cool. Also, your primary attack is a giant laser, which is just awesome. Check it out!

Best Visuals Award

GTM pointed this out, and I agree heartily. In both the games White Kitteh has submitted, he's paid a good deal of attention to the way combat looks, which is rare for a roguelike but definitely a good thing. In Almight 12x9, there are lasers, bullets, firey bits, all kinds of visual goodness. Give it a download below!

That wraps that up, then. I'll go write up the April thread and link it here when it's done!
