So far it's a tie between farmable merpeople, and warkittens.

I am working on dwarves made of cheese and wild chairs that are animals.

Okay, so far I've got these castes of troglodyte, other than the milkable female and male:

Iron bin laying troglo
Iron barrel laying troglo
Flying combat troglo which you can train
Troglo which spins webs
Troglo which spins webs from it's own skin (I call them threadders because you can't weave the skinweb into cloth)
A super troglodyte which breathes fire, can fly, and is trainable. It also spins silk webs.
And then vermin hunters.

I'm not big on modding weird stuff.  I like my things to make sense.  So probably modding catgirls as a sub class of humans, and giving them claws.  And I need to try to play fortress mode and get one so I can see if the vermin hunting and owner adopting tags even do anything to an intelligent creature.

They do indeed work on intelligent creatures. I've had some bizarre results with Aspectus Lolin and the fact that Foocubi are adopts_owner. Have fun testing the vermin hunting. I turned it off too fast to recall how the Foocubi handled their bug squishing. Although I do recall them not wanting to anything BUT hunt vermin `-` Got in the way of mining.

Metric assloads of metals, including but not limited to (I lost them all when my old computer got nuked and I never backed them up. ::) Lesson learned.):

Cobalt, Wrought Iron, Low Iron (Just barely metal), Orichalcum, Antimony, Titanium, Uranium (only for ammo, I should give it a syndrome...), Wolfram (Tungsten), Black Wolfram (Tungsten Carbide), and Elysian Steel (an unholy alloy including spoilerite).

Other mods: Various armors and clothing types, varieties of coal, oil for fuel (from things like shale), a bunch of different types of foods and crops, and about 50 weapons, including my favorites: the Katana (of course!), and the Hand Ballista (a heavy crossbow), which in its first form ripped the upper body off of a goblin from across the map with one shot. ^_^

Just modded in rubber chickens as weapons.

EDIT: Wait, it won't work for some reason. I'll post the code, can anyone tell me what might be wrong?
Code: [Select]
[ITEM_WEAPON:ITEM_WEAPON_CHICKEN_RUBBER]
[NAME:rubber chicken:rubber chickens]
[SIZE:700]

[TWO_HANDED:20000]

[MATERIAL_SIZE:1]

I'm fairly certain that there is no such skill.

Yak nervous tissue bolt (25). Never actually fired one, resulted from me messing up the tags when modding...

The flying yak nervous tissue bolt strikes the spearman in the head and goes "squish."

If my experience serves me correctly, using a non-weapon skill results in the dwarf simply "striking" the target with the weapon, but I'm not sure.

EDIT: Scratch that, it was just my own modding error. Carry on!

I modded in the ability to make clothing, ammo, armor, and weapons out of anything in both fortress mode and adventure mode.
In so doing, I learned that war hammers made from elf testicles are surprisingly effective, and that I can get rich selling armor made from cat hair.

Carp with a 'water tank' (lungs), robotic metal legs, and a lasergun strapped to their head.

I was slaughtered five minutes after embark.
