Let them play sports. Set up a field, build the goals etc... and as a pass time, such as 'party' they can play sports.

I'm thinking HURLING... a very dwarven sport. You would need to build 2 goals and a designate a field.
Dorfs playing HURLING would relieve stress and gain fighting skill!
