War-dog training very fast

.33b.  The time it takes to train a war dog has been drastically reduced.

I had an unskilled/dabbling trainer train 6 dogs in under 2 minutes realtime.

I suspect this is not desired behavior.

this was the same in 32a and 33a
no difference in 33b

ive only trained 2 war dogs and the trainer was novice
his time was almost instant
