Is it the reason my adv is always in some state of drowsy, despite having more than enough rest? Also, how does one get rid of infection in Adventure Mode?

Heh, sometimes sleeping seems to make you drowsier, especially if you sleep for close to a day... have you tried only sleeping from slightly before/after nightfall to dawn? Maybe 'more than enough' is the problem here. :)

As for infection I don't think you can... I remember my guy going around with infected toenails for ages without any consequences (before being eaten by a crocodile or something), so it might not be a death sentence. Besides, if I recall correctly pus is drinkable... bottomless water-flask anyone?
