Browsing Legends (mode)

My suggestion is that legends mode lists of actions would be hypertext.

While this would certainly be a nice feature, I think it's one of those things Toady means to do eventually, but considers a very low priority, especially since there are things like Legends Viewer that turn the XML dump into hypertext-like material, already.
