By reagents, I meant anything that I could possibly use Dollamancy to upgrade. Like weapons, clothes, action figures, stuffed animals, or fancy curtains. Sorry for the confusion.

Japa: Again, fly upwards, try to spot land. Or possibly another ship. Really, anything at all that isn't a square paddle boat.

You see something big in the water.

You stay in your boat.

Tyberix's detector begins making noise. It quickly increases in pitch.

Fuzzy: 1

You attempt to take a nap on your boat but are interrupted by the noise of the detector.

Text:

A massive whale-like thing comes out of the water. It is heavily scarred all over its body, and you can see that its fins have had large propellers surgically attatched to them. Its head has a large laser bolted onto it, and it has the same symbol you saw on the tripods branded into its side.

The seas suddenly become very rough.

Tyberix(GM'd): Prod him with the GEP gun

You fill the creature's side with three cartridges worth of flechettes. It seems to have impacted its ability to swim, and it certainly seems to hurt.

(I'm pretty sure firing flechette cartridges on full auto is actually enough to kill even an Ortnok in one turn in UFO:AI.)

Choo: 6

You take aim with your shotgun and hit the creature square in the eye with a TASER round, then manually cycle the action and follow up with 6 loads of buckshot. The creature is now extremely disoriented.

Japa & Toly:

Toly grabs Ragnarok when he falls out of his boat, and Japa flies down and grabs Frelock when his boat breaks.

Kisame: 1

You toss an incendiary at the beast. It's not very effective...

Frelock:

You try to hit the creature with a flechette.

Roll to aim: 2

You hit it near the top of the body, just barely not missing. The affected area almost immediately becomes necrotic.

Tyberix:

BeepbeepbeepbeepbeepFWOOSH

Roll to hit: 1

You hit the creature in the side, leaving a pretty big wound. It begins to list in the water.

Ragnarok: 1

You try to cast thundara on the beast, but you are knocked out of your boat by the rough seas.

Action Lamp:

Action lamp is a firin his lazor!

Roll to aim: 4

He hits the creature in one of the rotors, destroying it.
