You can certainly use the curses elsewhere. You have the bright idea to use them for yourself.
A: Imbue them into you
B: Imbue them into the dead dragon half
C: Let them free
D: Leave them in the harvested bones

Leave the curses in the bones for now and gather all the cursed bones and take them with me.
