after noting that: A the out come of worldgen battles was never tested, and B the ony arena mode games were one i have deside to start
Arena Wars 

rulesThe Arena Mode test, v2!
ok were useing a points based on  Arena Wars v2

rules
you have 10000 point to spend.
you must chose 20 fighters min.
you can mix Species.

Species
you can have any Species that is not banned
the band list

the cost is the size of the creature ÷10000 rouned up plus 1,
i.e. a dwaf has BODY_SIZE:12:0:60000 so 60000÷10000= 6 + 1  it costs 7 points.

Weapons armor and other gear

weapons
all weapon cost 2 points each, plus material
ammo is only material cost.

Materials weapons: Wood, copyed bone,obsidian,hoof,shell,tooth
 Are the weakest of the materials: 2 points
Copper, 2nd weakest: 5 points
Bronze/Bismuth Bronze, 3rd weakest: 8 points
Iron, 4th strongest: 12 points
Steel 3rd strongest: 16 points

armor
Gloves and boots are in pairs
all cost are base plus material.

Head: helm 10 P, cap 5P, mask 2P or hood 7P (mail or lamellar)clothing 1P , lamellar can be none metal
Chest: breastplate 8P lamellar 10P mail shirt 10P leather armor 5P Clothing 1P
Gloves: gauntlets 8P mittens 5P  gloves 1P, mitten can be mail or lamellar
Legs: greaves 8P leggings 5P clothing 1P  leggings can be mail or lamellar
Feet: Low boots 5P High boots 8P clothing 1P

clothing is just that clothing
Shields
10 points plus material

Materials armor: Wood,leather copyed bone,obsidian,hoof,shell,tooth
 Are the weakest of the materials: 2 points
Copper, 2nd weakest: 5 points
Bronze/Bismuth Bronze, 3rd weakest: 8 points
Iron, 4th strongest: 16 points
Steel 3rd strongest: 18 points


Skills: You can choose from any of these skills:
Fighter
Archer
Axeman
Swordsman
Knife User
Maceman
Hammerman
Spearman
Pikeman
Lasher
Crossbowman
Bowman
Blowgunner
Wrestler

There is a cost for each of the skill levels:

None: Free
Novice: 1 points
Adequate: 2 points
Competant: 3 points
Skilled: 6 points
Proficient: 8 points
Talented: 12 points
Adept: 16 points
Expert: 20 points
Professional: 25 points
Accomplished: 30 points
Great: 45 points
Master: 50 points
High Master: 65 points
Grand Master: 80 points

Agree, plus that's about the LAST thing *I* want to see from this kind of game - author spending valuable development time on useless graphics.

Actually, a GDS would be 21 points, as it's ( 200000 / 10000 ) +1, thus it's 21 per scorpion.

By the same thing, honey badgers would be three points, as you round up.

Honey Badgers equal 1.4. Rounding it would be 1. 1 Plus 1 equals 2.

Oh, I think that antmen might not be the best. Sure, they have four arms, but they bleed out *extremely* quickly.
