See this.
What do?

That son of an elf just wont die!
He already broke two of the sieges that came, and the second one was with trolls, and ogres!

An humanoid with a curling trunk and an AUSTERE LOOK ? *cough*

Anyways, MAGMA, cave-in or drop it a few Z-levels.

Sounds like you sir are in need of large amounts of magma!

Cave-in works as well. That's how I killed the steel (!) titan that tried to raid my fort. You can lure him under your cave-in trap my constructing building like statue under it, as he will path there to destroy it if he has no other targets.

Considering he's holding off sieges, unless you desperately need to get on the surface, I'd say just leave him there. Hell of a bouncer.

This is why I modded the weapon raws to allow my dwarves to create and wield greataxes and 2h swords. Those are the go-to beheading tools for titans too large to kill with normal weapons. For you, though, as has already been suggested: caveins, magma.

Well, actually this is my first fort with adamantine... Actually lots of it.
And it seems that adamantine armor and battle axes did the trick.
No casualties   :D

I had exactly the same situation with an FB made of fortification agate. I trapped him in a tunnel with raising drawbridges at either end.

Now that I look at it, my FB was a humanoid with a trunk too. Small world I guess.

I like when "magma" is actually a reasonable response to something that happens.

No, 259x259.

259X259? Oh really? Now, pardon me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe they come that big.

Or maybe there's a god who's just completely insane and sends you to Detroit, Michigan in a new body if you ever utter the name "Pat Sajak".
