I would go for Furnace Operator / Wood Burner. I would prefer Weaponsmith or Axedwarf, but since we have plenty of volunteers for those, I'll be the guy shoveling the coal, wiping his brow constantly and as such, be forced to drink more than a regular dwarf. Gotta keep up my strength or the Smiths will have my beard!

Accountant. Making aministrative tasks (and possibly maths itself) my bitch forever in a few months of work, getting unbelievably buff in the process? Yes please!

Possibly with a side order of Building Designer - rarely needed but nice to have, good for my survival chances.

I am somehow no longer able to edit the spreadsheet, I'll see if I can download it and than edit it with Excel so I update it later.
It might mean it gets another link though.

@dohon, you are the axedwarf, because we hardly have any warriors

@Alastar, the only noble position free is military leader, bookkeeper is already taken (added you as architect)

Dutchling: we have room for up to 6 dungeon masters and 3 barons, so if you could update the list so that all the people who wanted to be dungeon masters now can be dungeon masters, that'd be helpful.

Weapon/armorsmith. They get looked after, as they are an important part of any fortress. They also have little risk in their day-to-day lives and get to make cool stuff to boot.

Ah,  i'd have to go with Fisherdwarf
they always seem to be the guys with the most easygoing, relaxed job in the whole fortress

!!NOBLES!!
Dungeon Master:
Nitazov, Itnetlolor
Room for 4 more!

Barons:
GreatWyrmGold

NobleDigger (Asked for 'noble' so I assume that is a baron)
No room left.

I did.  I told you that I was making special mods for making us have extra nobles and dungeon masters.

I made a joke about how we had extra things like "Dungeon Subletters", remember?

I would like to be manager of arena or torment chamber, you know, that place where you release elves and offer them very warm bath.
Or military leader, because that place is free.

GCS seems !fun!, and I could spray excess dungeon masters with expensive webs all day :)

Outpost Liaison seems fine too, but there is the obvious downside of traveling through Goblinland.

Other than that I'd settle for a philosopher, but it's taken already.

A child maybe? Most overseers just ignore them anyway.

Arcology guy who had his mood, and got locked in control room seems fine too, but that's taken.

Looking through that list here is what seems fine to me: No military skills other than dodger, and [Run away]. Woodcutting. Butchery. Farming and Plant Gathering. Heck, I could learn milking. Cooking. Fish Cleaning. Fish Dissection. Wood Burning. Animal Dissection. Metalcrafting. [Store item in a bin]. Level Puller (but if it's !that! kind of lever, I'll first go get a drink, sleep, eat, go on break, attend party, drink again, and let someone else pull it). Cleaner (screw that, I'm not cleaning FB extracts). None of those skills good enough to be any good.

Preferably male. Child seems like the best option to me. I'd probably be an OK farmer by the time I come of age too.

EDIT: I could go for any skill I mentioned, so pure grower is OK. I tend some plants IRL as a hobby too.

We need farmers, since they're all multi-classed to important other jobs.  Could you go as a pure farmer, Maklak?

Maybe the Sheriff.
You're whole thing is just "Beat the unholy crap out of a bunch of insane drunks."
And chaining and caging... but you know... more about the random, overly-violent beatings.
