If you're a fan of the Silmarillion, you might like this album:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nightfall_in_Middle-Earth

I believe the cover art is Lúthien Tinúviel putting Morgoth to sleep so that Beren might steal a Silmaril from his crown.

"Her robe was blue as summer skies,
but grey as evening were her eyes;
'twas sewn with golden lilies fair,
but dark as shadow was her hair."

May I offer some prog in this trying time? Keor- Petrichor is in parts delicate, earnest, and face-melting, trifling, achey, and crushing. It's one of those albums you play end-to-end, but, well, it's also only five songs, so they don't split out neatly anyways. Lotta strings, bit of winds, no little itty bit of organ. It's one of my favorites.

Less related-
(flashing lights warning)
Sungazer- Drunk and Electro both slap and feature bizarro fever-dream digital videography to go with them. Very bizarre, very digital, but also crazy technical.

Video-free versions here and here.

You could say that I'm of two minds.

I deal with it through music, and this no-vocals electronic track helps me out:

Man, I can't believe I missed Eternal Champion dropping their new album last winter. The Armor of Ire was already one of the best albums of the decade, and they managed to improve on their own work.

I've fallen in love with Beast in Black lately.

From Hell with Love

No Surrender
Heart of Steel
Die by the Blade
Cry Out for a Hero
Unlimited Sin

Some of their songs just vibe really well with me. The melody, the verse, the chorus, the 80's style synth, just combined into something I can listen for days.
