Embarking on a Human Fortress

There's a human fortress in my world made entirely out of native silver. What sort of tools/RAW modifications would I need to make in order for the game to let me settle there in Fortress mode?

Alright thanks. I decided not to do it any because I realized they were native silver blocks and I wouldn't really be able to do anything with them. It's still a neat site though.
