You can turn off auto-pause in the game settings as well as doing the afore-mentioned thing in the post above.

Auto-pause is only for inventory, if it's off it will still freeze the game when you alt-tab.

Well shoot.
Today I learned large bodies of water can only be drained by a similarly large hole.
Otherwise they're infinite.


How does one ensure that a player makes a -large- hole if they're digging down?

--You use ore.

Also dynamite. The answer is dynamite, not... ore. Also not digging. Explode your way downward. I guess the rockets work, too, but if you've got a large stack of the dynamite rockets you probably don't really have to worry about much :V

I think I did well on the details, (like hints toward the ore content, ore sediment from the exposed vein, that kind of thing), but the overall shape might be kinda funny- the back end slopes down too much, & it may just plain be too big.
Also, ...does it look too much like a bird head?

Any resident geologists in the house that can point out how I fucked it up?
I can provide a link if anyone wants a closer look.

Oh hey and what the hell should I put in that little cavern besides mushrooms?

Using old tedit on an old world, just making fodder for copy-pasting once it gets updated.
I'm rather more interesting in customterra atm.

Moon Lord seems easy to telegraph so far. Typically (just after you die), you summon the guy (or on Celestial Events, clear the shit out of the mob towers you kill, since living tower mobs don't just run away), run to the farthest side, use a cosmic key to run to the other side when he awakens, all the while aiming for his head (try not to use Chlorophyte unless you want to kill his palms first, which complicates shit later, warping around with a rod of discord when he fires it (warp to bottom side to avoid phantasmal deathray), and when he extends his palms, go up slightly (typically the guy is shooting large eyes downwards).

I just don't have any counters to his "Demon Eye" projectiles, which are naturally faster than the UFO, and his blatantly fast icicle palm attacks which HURT.

Use the rod of Discord anyway to gain distance between him, his deathray, and when you're changing turns (since man, that guy's eyeball melee hurts).

Guy's impossible otherwise without a Discord on Expert ATM. Thank goodness for boss summoners.
