Quickest Fort Death Ever

I was just testing my new race, making sure they wouldn't melt on contact with oxygen again (don't fiddle with HOMEOTHERM lightly), and in the time it took me to chug the last of my kool-aid, everything was dead. I didn't even have time to pause and check the combat logs. I barely even noticed the sinister & standing over the corpses of my poor, unsuspecting minotaurs.

And that's all that demon has done. He sat there on that hill for a century after breaking out of hell to kill a single group of seven settlers.

Girlinhat: The biggest issue seems to be size.  A 1x1 room would allow for maximum child desecration.

I'm just glad I wasn't the only who had that come to mind apon seeing a demon stand in one place for 100 years, right where a wagon unpacks.

I had my entire embark group crushed within seconds once by a group of skeletal one-humped camels.

I reclaimed and built some walls for protection, but spent the next half-hour or so trying to clear up all the items on the surface, amidst cries of 'THE CAMELS ARE COMING!' every few minutes, followed by a mad dash inside the drawbridge.
