can't tame the grizzly bear

Hi there,
I have been playing on and of for quite a while now, but this is the first time i really don't know what's wrong and the wiki can't help me.
I bought a grizzly bear from some treehuggers in order to start an animal army, have my kennels and some dwarf with some skill in train animal. But somehow the grizzly doesn't show up when I go to the kennels and say "train large animal". Is there something I'm missing or is something broken?

I failed, was already tame and I wus jus blind.... or drunk...
