Alchemist: The Philosipher's Stone RTD

Backstory -
State Alchemist the alchemists who work for the government, and get paid to research specific fields of alchemy such as bio-alchemy. These state alchemist do jobs for the government, and are basically the governments dogs of war, but there are others who chose not to side with the government, and do what they want to of there own free will. You six are new alchemist, and must now choose which of these roads to follow. Now which will you choose, will you be a dog of war, or will you help the people, and try to overthrow the government. Who knows you will choose the path, but in the end all of yours will cross as your fates are tied to each other.

Rules of Alchemy -
"Alchemy. The science of understanding the structure of matter, breaking it down, then reconstructing it as something else. It can even make gold from lead. But alchemy is a science, and so it must follow the natural laws. To create, something of equal value must be lost. This is the Principle of Equivalent Exchange."

- Edward Elric, The Fullmetal Alchemist

1.) No Creating Gold

Name: Joseph Marella, the Dark Wave Alchemist
Gender: Male
Age: 25
Automail Bodyparts: None
Description: A lean man of 170 pounds and standing 5'10, Joseph isn't impressive at first sight. Nothing stands out at all about him, from his plain looks to his mousy brown hair to his utterly non-captivating brown eyes. However, underneath his exterior lies a sharp mind and a talented manipulator of water and alkahestry, reliable and loyal to his friends to a fault. As for clothing, he wears the standard blue of a government alchemist.
Bio: Nothing major. Joseph was always an exceptionally bright young lad who studied alchemy as he grew up in his family's coastal home... perhaps living so close to the ocean is what gave him such a connection to water? Regardless, his only desire has been and will always be to serve people however he best can; he has no greater desire than to be useful to those he cares about and live up to his father's expectations.
Alchemical Skills:
Earth 6
Water 10
Fire 0
Bio-Alchemy 0
Weapon 6
Medical (Alkahestry) 6
Air 0
Starting Items: Joseph doesn't carry anything unnecessary or sentimental. He simply packs emergency first aid supplies, a book on alchemy to study and kill time with, and various chalks for drawing his circles with. All of this is carried in a brown bag hung from his left shoulder. Finally, he has a pair of black gloves with his most common alchemical symbol, Water, on them to expedite its use in combat situations.

Specializing is fun, plus the specialists in general seem to do the best, there are the odd jacks of all trade like Edward who do really well, but it's mostly the specialists.

Name: Arianna, the Blood Witch Alchemist
Gender: Female
Age: 16
Automail Bodyparts: None
Description: Wiry, young-looking girl with long black hair and blue eyes.
Bio: Arianna has always been fascinated by living things. She was apprenticed to a witch in her village, who taught her in several fields before she moved to the city. Her darker interests intensified, however, possibly because there were fewer already-living things to study, and by the time she was accepted as a state alchemist she had a reputation for being a maniacal, knife-wielding lunatic, obsessed with living things, corpses, and everything in between. In terms of raw ability, she's a protege with healing alchemy and chimaera creation, but is noteworthy for her complete lack of interest in more classic fields.
Alchemical Skills:
Earth - 0
Water - 0
Fire - 0
Bio-Alchemy - 10
Weapon - 8
Medical (Alkahestry) - 10
Air - 0
Starting Items: Chalk, white gloves with healing circle on them, shackles, net, magnifying glass, machete, medical kit (scalpels, tweezers, clamps, etc), field science kit (portable microscope, slides, scrapers, vials, etc)

Also Kaguro can you define what exactly your most commonly used alchemical symbol lets you do. (Since I have no idea exactly how Air Alchemy would work)

@ All Players who choose to be State Alchemists
The Military uniform, and Silver Pocket watch come with the job so you can pick two items in their place.

I editted in two new items to fill in the two I couldn't figure out.....now it seems I still have two to figure out, eh. Also it allows me to manipulate the air in general ways, blasts of wind, small tornados, blades of wind. And it allows me to do simple changes to the air, mixing elements already in the air to make poisons for example. But for really complicated or large scale stuff I need different drawn circles.
