Vampire fortress

With the new update adding alot of curses and stuff will it be possible to have a fortress consisting of vampire, or like having nobles as vampires and the general dwarf population being the minions? Cause would be cool if the dwarfs could be inflicted with curses too.

Your Dwarves can be afflicted by curses, though I think in most cases it will devolve into an Angry mob type situation.

Also, I'm guessing only immigrant nobles would be vampires/necromancers without the aforementioned angry mob, and only if they survive worldgen without being found out.

Toady hasn't said anything about cult behavior occurring within fortresses yet.

(Of course, my opinion on the matter: BURN THE HERETIC! PURGE THE UNCLEAN!)

Hmm I don't think should always be a mod situation and that if you generate a world some dwarf civ's could have had vampire nobles from the beginning, would be cool if your nobles were vampires and they made demands like ONE FEMALE DWARF

Awesome !

I played once or twice, a few years ago with a guy really intent on collecting Squats. We were allied in the campaign we were playing, and it ended in a final massive battle us two against nearly every other player (the imperial guard had let us down).
I was playing Black Templar, and it was one awesome dwarfy battle.

Look up, and there thou shalt find the answer, within the cleansing fires of the Inquisition. You shall perish for your ignorance, heretic.

I just looked it up after....this guys from warhammer right?

Quote
the Squats are a dwarf-like race descended from the humans that colonised high gravity worlds. Separated from the rest of humanity over the millennia they evolved their own distinct morphology and culture. Squats were discontinued from the game in the 90s by Games Workshop though their existence remains somewhat canon - they were reintroduced as a major power by a Tyranid invasion of their Home Worlds they then proceeded to join the Imperium.

From wikipedia, so are these the right guys?

You are correct, heretic, except on one vital piece of information: The squats are long dead, annihilated by the Genestealers. For your absolvement of your ignorance, you shall be joined with the Emperor, and he shall be your judge. Burn the Heretic.
