This is a suggestion Civ building game. You control a newly-arrived colonization satellite's AI, and you are tasked with building a new colony for the Empire! I will take any (REASONABLE) suggesting, but you cannot make something from nothing. as you scan the site, you will discover minerals that can be used in varying amounts to create the basic building blocks of your colony!
