I'd like to nominate an active story fort.

Project: Most Dragon starts out as the personal diary of Vabok Oltaratham, Chief Medical Dwarf of Lanterndark. All that encounter Zulban the Most Dragon die horribly, gored by its horns or mysteriously bleeding to death within a few days. Vabok wishes to study the beast so that better methods of treatment may be found...

Seconded!

Heh. The rabbit (Jackrabbit) is gone, and replaced by a coyote (monk). Hehe.

...Yea, that was pretty lame.

I nominate the original, the official, the gloriously horrible...

Mermaid thread.

I also vote for the Bloodfist (Armok's Gauntlet).

I second that.

Because nothing is more dwarfy than draining the ocean to harvest mermaid bones.

It's probably worth mentioning that AnimaRytak is the only ecstatic dwarf in the entire fort.
Quick, check him for rum! The bastard's probably spirited some off to his lair office, to act as pleasant refreshment as his evil scheme unfolds!

I vote for Deviation-22. It's simply amazing how much Draignean keeps track of without breaking.

Also, it's pretty fun.

Unknown to most but the insane and the mystics, Tarran is actually Earth itself, as Earth is sentient like that planet in Avatar. Originally Earth used names such as Terra on the internet, but to protect it's identity it changed letters, now becoming the Tarran you know today.
Quote from: Ze Spy
Tarran has the "Tarran Bug", a bug which causes the affected character to repeatedly hit teammates while dual-wielding instead of whatever the hell he is shooting at.

Votes added! Seriously, how was the mermaid thread not already here? I think the quote I found was sufficiently representative, but if you can do better give a holler.

Deviation- 22 has been added to the Hall of Legends! *da-durrr*  It could use a brief descriptor, though.

I think this quote might go better:

You people make me retch.

Well, actually you make me snicker, but only because it's only an ascii game and you're only murdering representations of semi-sentient beings.

I would like to nominate Communist Fortress, the active succession game I kicked off, but I won't. It went to hell very abruptly and undramatically in year 3 and shall stay there for the forseeable future.

Instead, I would like to vote for the worthy Gemclods. It must make the Hall!

Descriptor for Dev-22
In this science-fiction epic of a Roll to Dodge, join Tarran, Taric, Dom, Trol, James and Ashley, a band of Unchained rebels fighting the cruel Technocracy, the disorganized independents, and the mysterious bio-suited Immortals as they also struggle to survive on the alien world of Zeus, in a war filled with such goodies as Tarran shooting his teammates while dual-wielding, weaponised porn, and crazy people!
