"Broker can access depot" even if resting

On a trade depot, the broker is still listed as "Broker can access depot", even if they are wounded and currently "Rest"ing.

Er, that's just to change who can access it. Doesn't mean that they are able to get to it. Changing it to " Anyone can use " means anybody can use it.
" Broker can access " means only the broker can use it.

When it says he "can access depot" it means he isn't cut off from it somehow, by say a locked door or raised drawbridge.
