Before the war, scientists were making great advances, and things we thought of science fiction were slowly becoming reality. One of these things is a Holo-Map, which presents a holographic satellite display, or if none are linked to it, a saved image. It can also save and open descriptions of certain things based on their classification using its visual AI, or VAI
As you tap the help icon and then the Blood Colony, a small holographic man pops up, saying the following,
"Blood Colonys. Their the essence of the wasteland. Survivors usually clump up here to follow some demented warlord. The actual colony itself is closed off to most except maybe workers and guards and the Warlord himself. They do and deal everything, quite literally. From narcotics and medication, to firearms and construction material, and much more. Usually people group up in slums surrounding the Colony, and the Warlord usually does not care unless it interferes with business somehow. If it does, you can imagine what happens.
