Just letting you know, I should of told you this earlier. That in the begining you are not very moble so your starting Locale should be near the theatre of conflict you want to operate in.

Is there a nice conflict in the Pacific? If so then I'll also go for an island in the Pacific. Otherwise an island in Central America.

Right I've got to go for a couple of hours (finished work and now family time) but I'll keep checking on my phone. I've updated my character sheet with a quick draft bio but hmm.

I will agree with whichever the majority chooses out of central / south central america.
