CLOTHING and SUBTERRANEAN_CLOTHING Entity Tokens
« on: September 19, 2011, 06:13:52 pm »

The wiki lists them as defining whether a civ will attempt to wear clothing.  In practice, I delete them for dwarves and... no effect.  They still wear clothes.  Should I update the wiki to say that they currently have no effect, or is there something I'm missing here?

Did you delete them from raw/objects/entity_default.txt or data/save/regionX/raw/objects/entity_default.txt? Did you generate a new world afterwards?

It's amazing how dwarves can make a stack of bones completely waterproof and magmaproof.
It's amazing how they can make an entire floodgate out of the bones of 2 cats.

I deleted it from both > No effect on current world.  Genned a new world, dwarves were still wearing clothes and could still make new clothes.  I was sort of able to get the effect I thought this would do by individually deleting the different Armor tokens for ENTITY_MOUNTAIN like Pants, Socks, etc.

Try deleting just one of them, then look at what their clothes are made of.
