Ok I'm thinking of signing up, but then I saw "invite code" in the registration.

Anyone want to field this one? I was signing up for a look around, but I'd hate ppl on bay12 to miss out on any freebies which might be gained for the group effort.

Also, I'll help with any group efforts too.

Ok, I'm signing up with my extra "fake" email. To do a test run and learn the basics. I'll make a reelyanoob version later with someones proper invite code or whatever.

Two things: 1 you have to have played for 2 days and your profession must be level 2 or more.

after that, go to activities, select travel- then libya

Read the thread, someone already posted theirs.

I don't think you actually need to have been around for two days to emigrate, probably just to become a citizen of a country other than newbland.

Oh okay.

The game seems pretty decent, does everyone have to bring that 500 timber and 300 stone to whatever country they go to, like the tutorial says?

So, what's the politics like in SimRep? Is it kinda like you can pick a congress or so?

Ok, you can get my ... whatever it is you get.

I'm still to pick a profession, but I note that we have a few of :-

Miner
Engineer
Scientist
Farmer (?)

So I'll likely pick something else. Maybe "Builder" sounds most useful if nobody's picked that yet.

I have started the long, ardous five hour journey to Libya. I don't have much, though, in the way of supplies. Everything was mindblowingly expensive. $30 per unit of stone, for starters.
