I just realized that today marks my 1000th day of membership, and I just wanted to give everyone a gigantic hug. It's been great. This is a place where I learn things, talk with interesting people, and have boatloads of fun. Even if I've never seen (most of) you personally, know that you're all pretty cool folks in this forum.

For a moment, I thought this was a farewell thread.

I don't like it when people leave. Especially here. We're all too awesome to be gone forever. And even if saying that tends to jinx anything, I denounce it and always have my prayers set for everyone's protection anyhow (body, mind, and soul).

But yeah, I love it here for much the same reasons.
