Draw an Elf!

Before you all decide to throw me in magma... and lead the river onto me just in case... I'd like to say that I'm posting this to have a laugh at the hippies.

So, you are probably aware that elves have changed since 40d (evolution?)... Now they have the same volume as dwarves, and unless I'm reading it wrong, the same height as well...
Yes, fellows! Elves are just as tall and wide as dwarves, which is unimaginable...

As such, I'm asking our talented, not-so-talented, demented and/or insane community to Draw an Elf!

In the end, we'll decide whose picture... pictures the new, dwarf-sized elves the best!

+Points if you give your elf black or 'pale brown' skin. (No, I'm no racist, they exist, but most myths/fantasy stories show them as pale, so let's show them DF has no racism!)

Entries shouldn't stray too far from what the -clean and unmodded- raws say.

I don't think I understand the challenge. Does that mean Dwarves are as tall and skinny as elves, or we're supposed to draw an elf that's short and squat like a Dwarf? By dark skin we're talking about real-world African levels of dark skin or dark pale-ish skin? Anyway, I took a stab at whatever it is.

You know, I bet they'd look like Magic: The Gathering's kithkin race. I can't make myself imagine them as anything other than D&D style elves, though.

Note that I can't actually draw.

Probably the short and squat version. And I have no idea what Toady thinks of when he says dark brown skin, but there's pale brown seperately.
Humans are 70000cm3 compared to the 60000cm3 of dwarves and elves... I need help imagining a short and fat elf hugging a tree...

So far, the submissions are looking nice (... less exploding elves please)

What I want to see is an elf with a big, dwarfy beard. Or more Cacame fanart.
