Proudhon's Rapier Wit
You figured if you made a communist weapon, you may as well make an anarchist weapon on top of that. Although this rapier has a tendency of doing what it wants to when it wants to, luckily for you it mainly just wants to stab things.

Weakened (-1) - The weapon causes -2 damage on any damage rolls (minimum 1 damage).
Unbalanced (-.5) - When you miss with the weapon, you are immobilized until the end of your next turn.
Strife Portfolio Upgrade (1) - You can now wield and alchemize One-Handed Rapierkind weapons without penalty.
Slowing (1.5) - A successful hit with this weapon slows the target until the end of its next turn, in addition to any other effects.

Of course, when CR enters the medium, that's 10k, plus another 15k for getting everyone in, plus an imp strifw which will put you over the top, so.
