Who makes bolts?

Simple and stupid question.  What skills are required to make bolts:

Bone Bolts:  Bonecrafting (?)

Wooden Bolts: Woodcrafting (?)

Metal Bolts: ?

Woodcrafting for wood.
Weaponsmithing for Metal bolts.

Yep, but the specific skills are not listed.  I never know what to enable to get metal bolts into production.
