Continue chopping down trees, save the de-branching for those without an axe.

Debranching one lot of leaves without an axe takes one chromosonian one turn, with an axe you can debranch 2 lots of leaves in one turn. Because Franz is a skilled woodcutter she can debranch 3 lots of leaves in one turn so it's a more effective use of time to let her do it.

Make millions of bricks with our two brickmakers.

Brick to the sky.

I suggest we start doing something with those Bricks.
For one thing we could build a Kiln from them. Make drying the Brick go faster. PLUS make charcoal in there.
Making a Kiln would be the same as making an oven so after that we could even use it for cooking.

Suggested Method, Make a smallish square of bricks, pack them with clay, build them up to the knee, cover with a large flat stone (or chip one) pack the edges with clay build into a mound rise with more bricks, continue to a peak. Get a round lump of wood, notch a hole in the bottom, place over a hole at the top and bottom. BOOM Cooking Kiln...

No. They aren't cooked yet. I'd imagine uncooked bricks being little more than wet dirt in strength.

I agree - we should build a kiln first so we can fire the bricks.

Cook bricks first, using fire, then build wall around moat.

Use the sundried bricks to build a kiln, we should also dig a charcoal pit so we have more efficient fuel. We can make an assembly-line for the bricks and speed up production.
