Just to clarify this is medieval-ish. No guns, handcannons or simular things. Steam engines for industry are alright i guess but no automatons or anything to outlandish. There is already magic in the adventure in the form of the night creatures and such so there may be magic users but i'm probabley not going to have it be a common thing(it sorta ruins magic if everyone can do it).
True. Of course, it might also be possible to gain new technology, maybe?

Such as windmills town clocks perhaps?

whoops, forgot a comma in there..

I consider it high treason to allow this to fall off of the first page.

You are all to be beheaded.

Deep Forest:
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
After inspection of the skeleton Hans finds a helmet and a dagger on it's body, both of them made from the inferior greymetal. Rex tastes some of the fruit and discovers that it has a very strong savoury taste and a slightly thick skin. The duo also spot some cellarhans near the trees.

Village:
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Picky, Jaian and Arete are tired of living that crapshack they were sleeping in and tear it down so that they can expand the barracks and finish it so that they may sleep in relative comfort tonight. With Picky's miner strength, and Jaian's building skills it should be done by nightfall. In the process of tearing down the old shelter they recovered many spears! they leave some of these spears by the fire to dry out and use the others to buy the woodworking kit and a bluemetal spearhead from the traders.

Fraz hears the words 'woodworking' and decides that since it has wood involved and he is tired of picking berries he shall do the woodworking. For starters he attaches the bluemetal spearhead to a spear while he keeps watch.

The worker returns with his modest catch.

You did not include the dagger that was found on the list of weapons. Have Hans pick it up if he hasn't done so already.

That's why I say food first. We are going to just hang on tonight, if no other source food is found!

(although Lincoln will never listen) Drop everything else and go for food. If "sophistication" is the way, we may make a fish trap from wood.

Our population currently consumes 33 units of food per meal. We only have 58 units of food. Therefore, we will run out of food by tomorrow morning. So therefore we should do something about our food situation.

ok, let me show you how it's done:

Rex and 2 peasants should head back to the beach to fish

a civilian should take a shovel and a couple of spears and head to the forest. he will dig two pit traps next to the trees the hornbears feed on, and fix spears on the bottom of the pits, then conceal them with vegetation

Franzs builds a chest to store stuff in. Hans puts on helmet and grabs dagger.

As it turns out, the pen was in fact a poor choice for melee combat in comparison to the sword.
