Make a road covered with weapon traps and bones. Make the enemies walk over it.

Use marble or granite, they seem like better road choices anyway.

That didn't last long, huh? Shame, cause binary's cool. Anyway, an important message: I will be changing my names on every username based thing I use to ASCIt on/around 10/1. Consolidating, I guess you could say.

When you said "White road of scrapes", the first thing I thought of was a cut up the arm, with the blood drained out.

You can't build traps on roads since they're buildings rather than constructions; I'd suggest alternating segments of roads with traps (whips are a good choice) and liberal use of bone stockpiles.

I had a civilization on one of my worlds called the magical breakfasts.

did they only eat magic mushrooms for breakfast?

Leprechauns actually. That "magically delicious taste" prefstring soon lead to their total extinction.

Reminds me of my old 40d mod that had leprechauns that could be pressed into the extremely valuable leprechaun juice (When the cats didn't eat them that is!).
It just makes you visualize this huge, vomit and blood covered dwarf coming along and grabbing this leprechaun from the cage and dragging it to a workshop with this giant lemon squeezer. And then despite the leprechaun's pleas to take his pot of gold instead, squeezing out the valuable rainbow juices from the leprechaun before tossing it's flat husk into the corner with the pile of the rest of them, all the while chortling evilly.

It would be brutally difficult and probably won't work. In other words, it's absolutely dwarven!

That's actually a fairly average Fort. I see no problem here. Gold is useless anyways  :P

What if the leprechaun had a barrel of booze instead of a pot of gold?

Then we would drink his booze, and then brew the liquorchaun into more booze!
