Potentially fun embark...
« on: October 04, 2011, 03:32:56 pm »

Availiable from http://www.megaupload.com/?d=TQWIECRP

Things this save has:

1: A skyriver (only the second I have ever had, and the first since 40d)
2: A skyriver into a hole via a waterfall
3: Multiple metals and flux according to site finder
4: War with the elves
5: Plenty of food and booze to reach autumn, but not much else other than an anvil.
6: Potentially a dead civ (no sites on world map...), so no migrants afetr the first 2 waves (unconfirmed)
7: Plenty of trees to cut down to piss the elves off further.
8: "Everybody mines" style embark, so in theory your starting 7 could fight off an early elven attack.

Re-embarking to the west a little might give you more fun with the sky river waterfall hole.

Sorry for lack of screens. Suppose I could have my arm twisted into providing them.

You lock MonkeyHead's right upper arm with your left hand!

Don't make me Shift-A>Enter>a>Enter>Enter.

At least that's what it is with my key binds. Your routine for bending somebody's joints might be different.

Sky river eh?
Wont it fall due to gravity and splash everywhere and get Uncle Urist all wet?
Might download though.....

SCREEEEEEENS!!

And, by the way, DFFD is great for DF files.
See the pre-gen worlds & embarks section.

I would assume it's a river floating in mid-air
